1. Visit the Forrest L. Wood Crowley's Ridge Nature Center (one of my personal favs for kids)

2. Visit a local playground

o Craighead Forrest Park (3 large playgrounds available)

o Optimist Park (Nettleton Ave.)

o City Water & Light Park- (737 W. Cherry Ave.)

o Earl Bell Community Center (The Crag rock wall is $5. I know that's not free but still pretty cheap & cool!)

o & many more!

3. Fishing/boating/biking at Craighead Forrest Park

4. Window Shopping Downtown

o plus other cool unique stores!

5. Wall Art Tour around town (see one of my fav walls here)



6. Live music downtown. Grab a water and a seat and enjoy live music for FREE at several restaurants/venues downtown. (You should at least bring some $$ to tip the musicians though!)

7. Tour the Region 8 News Studio (If you reach out & schedule a time to visit, you can usually tour the facility. This is great for kids interested in that field)

8. Walk around Seductions and giggle at the sex toys. (Don't even lie, you've done this.....No? Just me?)

9. Shop Local Park hosts FREE outdoor movie nights on Thursdays in the Summer & Fall

10. Try out a FREE CrossFit class at Crossfit Natural State. Your first class is free with no obligations.

11. Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library (LOTS of free activities throughout the year for ALL ages.)

12. Singo Bingo! This fun activity is hosted at The Lobby Bar at The Embassy Suites & at Yesdog Grill each week. It's a MUST DO in town!

14. Grab your skates or skateboard and ollie your way over to the skate park. (Race Street)
