1. Public parks/playgrounds (Miracle League, Craighead Forrest Park & many more)

2. Forrest L. Wood Nature Center (FREE, educational, live animals, lessons, crafts, theatre, etc.)

3. Hijinx Game Night Reinvented (SOOOO many fun things to do here!)

5. Swimming at the YMCA city pool. (smaller pool available for younger kids)

6. Attend an AState athletics event (Football, basketball, baseball, etc.)

7. Locked Away Escape room

8. Civil Axe Throwing

8. Splash pad at Rotary Park located at Craighead Forrest Park (it’s small but young children LOVE it)

9. Attend a Saturday AState Rugby game.

10. Hit up a movie (2 theatres)


11. Ultimate Air (Toddler time on Saturday morning is great for young kids. Dodgeball league for older kids is cool too.)


13. Arkansas Esports Arena (indoor gaming facility-limited hours)

14. Shop Local Park (Free outdoor movie nights in Summer/Fall)

17. Craighead County Jonesboro Public library. (They have FREE activities almost daily for kids of all ages. My favorite is the animal show with Bob Tarter that comes about once/quarter.)
